QuizWinners collects certain data from its users. The Privacy Policy below explains why we collect this data, what data this is and what we use this data for.
Why does QuizWinners collect my details?
QuizWinners considers a good relationship with its users of the highest importance. In order to keep the contact between our users and us running as smoothly as possible, we need things such as your address and other contact details and for being able to pay out any prizes, we do of course need your banking details. Apart from that, the user information helps us to optimally anticipate the wishes and preferences of our players.
What data does QuizWinners collect?
At every visit to the website, QuizWinners automatically registers some non-personal technical data. This happens on almost all websites. Things that are registered are for example your domain name, browser type and IP number, as well as the pages and games you visit within QuizWinners.com. The information thus collected is for instance used to improve the structure of the website and to make it easier to use the website.

We then ask you for your real name, address, post code, town, phone number, mobile phone number (not compulsory), date of birth and gender. In order to make sure that you can deposit money or can have prize money transferred to your account, we also ask you to fill in your payment details. For example your bank account number or credit card number. We do need these details to make sure that the games on QuizWinners are fair and square and there is virtually no chance of fraud. That is why every person is only allowed one single user account; the combined personal details enable us to check on that particular rule.
How does QuizWinners use my details?
QuizWinners is committed to ensure the privacy of all visitors and will protect all details as entered by them. In doing so, we assume that users have the freedom of choice to communicate these details to us. Personal details of registered QuizWinners.com users will never be used by third parties for unsolicited sales activities. Moreover, you will never receive unsolicited emails or advertisements through QuizWinners.com.
