I forgot my password, what can I do?

On the home page, click "Forgot password". If you are a Star Player, then you will have provided us with a secret question with a secret answer during your registration as Star Player. Enter these and you will still gain access. Have you forgotten these as well then please contact the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk will create a new password for you and send it to the email address you entered.

Did you register but are you not a Star Player yet? Then you can ask for your password after having clicked "Forgot password". It will be sent to the email-address as provided by you when registering.
