How does the scoring work during a quiz?
During a quiz, you get 10 multiple-choice questions. You have 10 seconds to answer each question. The number of points you get for every correct answer depends on the level of difficulty of the question:
- easy question1000 points per correct answer
- average question1500 points per correct answer
- hard question 2000 points per correct answer
Apart from that, you will also be given points for answering a question quickly (only if you answer the question correctly). This score is worked out using the following formula: 1000 x (Time remaining/Total time). For instance, if you have 5 seconds left and you give the correct answer, then you will receive 500 bonus points (1000 x (5/10)).
