I've forgotten my password. What can I do?

On the home page, click 'Forgot password'. If you are a Star Player, you will have provided us with a secret question with a secret answer during your registration. Enter these when prompted and you will gain access. If you have forgotten these as well, then please contact the Helpdesk. The Helpdesk will create a new password for you and send it to the email address you gave when registering.

If you have registered, but are not a Star Player yet, you can ask for your password after having clicked 'Forgot password'. Your password will be sent to the email address you gave when registering.
