I forgot my password! What do I do?

On the homepage, click on "Forgot password". If you are a Star Player, then you will have provided us with a secret question with a secret answer during your registration. Answer this correctly and you can gain access immediately. You've forgotten your secret question/answer? Then please contact the "Helpdesk". The Helpdesk will create a new password for you and send it to the e-mail address you provided.

Did you register but are not a Star Player yet? Then you can ask for your password after having clicked on "Forgot password". It will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
